As an engineer and designer Marion’s core strength is to innovate, problem solve and strategize. Her central motivational thread is the passion for personal growth. She is deeply interested in cutting-edge technology, AI, design excellence and sustainability. Starting with a successful career in the fashion industry, Marion possesses professional experience in leadership and executive roles. She took on the stewardship of the historic family estate, Gut Hohenfelde, embarking on its sustainable economic and ecological transformation to meet the needs of future generations. To broaden her insides into innovation and startup culture, Marion invested a year studying at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
