About Marion
As an engineer and designer Marion’s core strength is to innovate, problem solve and strategize. She is deeply interested in AI, cutting-edge technology, design excellence and sustainability.
After a successful career in the fashion industry—from product development to leadership and management positions—she took on the stewardship of the historic family estate, Gut Hohenfelde. There, Marion has been shaping a sustainable, future-oriented transformation: from heritage-appropriate project development and ecological housing construction to regenerative agriculture and forestry.
Marion is a lifelong learner who is committed to a growth mind set and personal development. To expand her knowledge of innovation, startup culture and AI, Marion spent a year studying at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and completed an AI training course.
